Russian Dish Beef Stroganoff
This Russian delight is typically made with sour cream and can be enjoyed without the addition of wine.
**Ingredients:**
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

**Instructions:**
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté until onions are translucent.
3. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir well.
4. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly.
5. Reduce heat to low, add sour cream and Dijon mustard, and mix well.
6. Return the beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over egg noodles or rice.
