Vegan Chocolate Avocado Mousse
**Ingredients:**
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh berries or coconut whipped cream (for topping)

**Instructions:**
1. In a food processor or blender, combine the avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
3. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
4. Spoon the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
6. Top with fresh berries or coconut whipped cream before serving.
