Honey Walnut Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
- Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- Mix the mayonnaise, honey, and sweetened condensed milk in a small bowl. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the shrimp with the beaten egg. Then, coat each shrimp with cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or wok over medium-high heat. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the fried shrimp with the mayonnaise mixture and toasted walnuts. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve immediately.
